Frequently Asked Questions

We provide therapeutic services in a telehealth/virtual platform. We do not have an office but create a very comfortable environment during sessions. We ask that you are in a private and safe space, are not driving during sessions, do not have other people in the session, and always let us know if the telehealth platform does not fit your expectations. We thrive in open communication and are excited to share this time with you!

The cost of therapy depends on your insurance and if your deductible is met. Most clients only have to pay their co-pay. We will complete a preliminary review of your insurance but also encourage you to contact your insurance provider and verify this information.

  • Intake/Assessment: $150.00

We currently do not offer group therapy, but this may change soon. Group therapy is typically covered by health insurance and should be discussed with your specific health insurance company.

We accept children aged thirteen and up. While we would love to work with children under the age of thirteen, most would be a better fit obtaining therapy in-person. Some of our therapists also conduct therapy with couples, however, please note that couples therapy is NOT covered by insurance and will be considered self-pay.
